Association of European Cities and
Regions for Culture
The Serra Henriques Foundation, institutional representative of this organization in Portugal, regularly participates in the planning of the conferences and networking meetings that take place throughout the year and in different cities in Europe.
The
Association of European Cities and Regions for Culture was created in 1994 by
the European Commission and Ministries of Culture and Foreign Affairs,
currently being constituted by 122 members of 25 different countries.
