The Serra Henriques Foundation represented, in this Iberian Biennial, the Association of European Cities and Regions for Culture (LikeCulture.EU).

The Serra Henriques Foundation, as partner institution for the implementation of the National Architecture and Landscape Policy, organized a conference for the promotion of this public policy.
