In 2015, the Serra Henriques Foundation edited and published Carta de Sintra in a partnership with the Portuguese Association of Urban Planners, and under the scientific coordination of Sidónio Pardal.

This document registers the conclusions of the XVI Ibero-American Congress of Urban Planning and is a strong contribution to the reflection over good practice in the framework of Urban Planning, Territorial Planning, Landscape and Patrimony Management.

5000 copies were printed for distribution to Portuguese, Spanish and Ibero-American municipalities, governments and universities.
